Guidelines for Recruiters

 
 

It is a great pleasure to invite you to participate in the placement process at Panjab University. Potential recruiters are requested to share key information like job profile, specific educational qualifications, pay package, location, bond requirements, etc through email at placement@pu.ac.in or all this information can be shared on this link https://forms.gle/VCmwehDNRW3mjRCJ7 and team will connect for further process . Normally, we follow under mentioned recruitment process:

• The information received from the Potential recruiters is shared with the concerned department.
• Registration of the students is carried out through online mode by Central Placement Cell
• The list of interested and eligible students is shared with the company.
• The date of the placement drive of a company is shared with the students.
• The company visits the campus on the selected date and carry out the recruitment process. Central Placement Cell team provides all the necessary assistance for the smooth conduct of the placement drive.
• The companies are encouraged to conduct pre-placement talks before the start of their selection process. At the end of the selection process, companies are required to declare the result on the same day.
• The companies are requested to share the offer letters of the selected students with the Central Placement Cell at the earliest.
